Job Description/Essential Duties :
The day-to-day operations of a company’s training program. Involvement in everything from developing new courses to delivering lectures and leading exercises. Work closely with other employees in the organization, especially those who are new or inexperienced. Goal is to ensure that everyone on staff has the knowledge and skills they need to succeed at their food outlet jobs.
- Training includes understanding about the company’s policies and procedures, the products and services they offer, the technology they use and the software they employ.
- Training may also include shadowing a current training associate or other role in the company devising training projects and programs according to the needs of employees.
- It is their duty to conduct skills assessment procedures, develop training structures, establish guidelines, and coordinate with the company’s human resources department.
- They must also gather and analyze data to identify the strengths and weaknesses of company operations, perform research to determine and implement solutions to optimize operations. Above all, a training associate must enforce the company’s policies and regulations, including its policies and regulations.
Salary Compensation Offered : Rs. 17000 to 19000 + Incentive + Over Time
