TERMS OF AGREEMENT WITH CANDIDATE

Sir / Madam,

Thank you very much for your interest in obtaining our placement service.

We provide all types of job vacancies in almost all industry sectors from year 2005, matching with candidate’s profile vis-a-vis with client company’s requirement.

On accepting of our below terms, please proceed with providing us your personal details with your updated resume.

It is agreed that :

1) Candidate is willing to take placement service for job vacancy thru’ S V ENTERPRISES at its client company.

2) Candidate will Register with online payment of nominal non-refundable Registration Fee Rs.250/- on accepting this agreement.

3) Candidate will get access to the existing vacancies on website to apply for the job.

4) Candidate will choose and apply for as many suitable job vacancies out of job vacancies of various client companies available to candidate on this website. If current job vacancies not upto your expectation, your resume will be retained in data bank and used for future vacancies on Website.

5) Candidate will attend interview thru’ S V ENTERPRISES at the client company’s office as per the interview schedule and venue fixed as per convenience of client company.

6) Candidate will give updated status feedback to S V ENTERPRISES about interview, selection / rejection, salary package and joining date with client company.

7) Client company will directly carry out with candidate the process of selection, salary package offer and joining formality depending on candidate’s performance during interviews.  S V ENTERPRISES will not be responsible for any issue arises between the client company and candidate later during candidate’s work tenure with client company

8) Candidate will not share with friends & relatives & other people any client company details and vacancies made available by S V ENTERPRISES directly for interview at our Client Company.  Such candidate will be blacklisted and will be barred from getting any type of service from S V ENTERPRISES.

9) S V ENTERPRISES will provide job opportunities to Registered candidates till he/she gets job thru’ S V ENTERPRISES.  Selection of candidate is subject to candidate’s performance in interview and subject to the discretion of Client Company.  Successful candidate if rejects client company offer will indemnify to S V ENTERPRISES to the extent of equivalent loss of consultancy service fee income from concerned Client Company.

10) Both the parties, Candidate and S V ENTERPRISES agree to the above conditions by accepting them and Registering online.
