4) Home page of Company Dashboard initially would look like this, as purchase not yet done by Company all the balances showing ‘0’ Zero on the Control Panel for available Service Packages.
You can now Buy out of different Economical Packages for Resumes, Access, Unlock Candidates Contacts, Job Posts , Combo Packs and for Ongoing Frequent & Bulk Recruitment thru’ Advance Admittance Service packs, according to company’s budget.
You can either buy from Home Page or from Buy Packages on Dashboard.

5) View Candidate Resume as required by using appropriate keywords in search filter.

6) View Candidate’s detail resume profile and fill up vacancy by contacting candidate for selection.

7) View / Unlock Contacts of the Candidate is a multipurpose data which can be used for recruitment or other purpose of business. This data will not contain detail resume/bio-data, it will only show contact details, location and field Category to contact the Person.

9) Company can View Vacancies Posted by it on our Website at a glance through ‘Your Job Master’ on ‘Your Jobs Posted’ and Direct Applicants responded with their profiles for each of the Jobs Posted on website.

In that case, Company has to Submit below Request for Conventional Membership from dashboard for approval.

For detail manpower requirement of the vacancy, company has to forward detail vacancy specifications in Conventional Job Post for candidates search.

6) Candidate will be redirected to payment gateway portal of Instamojo. Please complete registration by making onetime online payment transaction of nominal amount.
